產品自收到之日起,享有一年保修。若因非人為原因出現品質問題,我們將:

美國加州聖荷西維修中心提供當地支持。
✅ 三年4K螢幕保修
針對具備4K觸控螢幕的型號,享有3年獨立螢幕保修,若出現螢幕閃爍、無顯示等異常,我們將免費維修或更換。
✅ 退貨運費政策
若因產品本身問題或我們出錯,將提供免費退貨運費標籤。
若為個人因素(例如:不需要、買錯),退貨運費需由顧客自行承擔。

We offer a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery. During this period, if the device has any non-human-caused malfunction, we will:
- Provide free repair services, or
- Offer replacement parts, or
- Replace the entire unit depending on the situation.

For models with 4K touchscreen displays, we offer an exclusive 3-year screen warranty.
If there are any hardware issues such as flickering, dead pixels, or display malfunction, we’ll replace or repair the screen free of charge.
✅ Return Shipping Policy
If the return is due to product defect, quality issues, or any error on our part, we will provide:
- A free return shipping label
- Cover all associated shipping fees
If the return is for personal reasons, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
