Delivery Instructions


USA: Ships from US warehouse, estimated delivery 2-6 business days. 1-2 working days in the western US, 3-5 working days in the eastern US.
Canada: Ships from Canada or the US. Ships from Canada, estimated delivery time of 5-10 business days, ships from the US, estimated delivery time of 6-10 business days

Deeege Smart Choice products are shipped directly by suppliers located in the USA or China.

Order Verification

It is crucial to verify your order details and shipping address when confirming your order. Any errors in the order information may delay the processing of your order. Please contact Deeege customer service promptly in such cases.

Order Processing

Deeege processes orders on business days from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). It takes 1 to 2 business days to process and dispatch your order. During peak order periods, it may require an additional 3 business days to process your order.

The company will not be responsible for delayed deliveries due to the following circumstances:

1. Delay in order dispatch due to product unavailability.

2. Customer providing incorrect or incomplete address information.

3. Failed delivery attempts due to no one available to sign for the package, resulting in repeat deliveries.

4. Force majeure events, such as natural disasters or traffic restrictions.

5. Delivery location outside the designated delivery area.

Shipping Methods

United States: Delivered by UPS.
Canada: Delivered by UPS or Canada Post.

Delivery Timeframe

Within the United States, delivery typically takes 2-5 days, with the possibility of up to 7 days for remote areas. Deliveries within Canada are made through Canada Post or UPS (subject to customs clearance, which may add a few extra days compared to the United States).

The company will not be responsible for delayed deliveries due to the following circumstances:

1. Delay in order dispatch due to product unavailability.

2. Customer providing incorrect or incomplete address information.

3. Failed delivery attempts due to no one available to sign for the package, resulting in repeat deliveries.

4. Force majeure events, such as natural disasters, traffic restrictions, sudden wars, etc.

5. Delivery location outside the designated delivery area.

Tracking Orders

To track your order, please copy the tracking number and use this Order Tracking link or visit the official website of the courier company and enter the tracking number provided by Deeege to check the delivery status of your order.

Special Note:

1. Deeege will not charge any fees to modify the shipping address before the order is shipped.

2. Once the order has been shipped, address changes are not supported.

3. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs and any other associated fees.

4. In cases where the package cannot be delivered due to the following reasons, Deeege will issue a refund (minus $50 for shipping fees):

a) Incorrect address provided.

b) Inability to contact the recipient by the delivery company.

c) The recipient refuses to accept the package.
