• 目前配送地區包括美國、加拿大、英國、歐洲與澳洲主要城市。
  We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the UK, Europe, and major cities in Australia.

二、處理與配送時間 / Processing & Delivery Time

• 訂單將於 1–2 個工作日內處理。
  Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• 美國／加拿大區域：3–7 個工作日送達。
  US/Canada delivery: 3–7 business days.
• 其他國家地區：5–10 個工作日（依物流條件而定）。
  Other regions: 5–10 business days depending on logistics.

三、物流方式 / Shipping Methods

我們依據客戶地址選擇最近的當地倉庫進行配送，常用物流包含 UPS、FedEx、DHL 及本地物流。

We ship from the nearest available warehouse using carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, or local services.

四、運費與稅費 / Shipping Fees & Taxes

• 美國與加拿大訂單：免運費與稅費。
  Orders in US and Canada: Free shipping and no extra tax.
• 英國與歐洲訂單：免運費，部分地區可能收取進口稅（由顧客負擔）。
  UK/EU: Free shipping, import taxes may apply based on destination country and are the customer's responsibility.

五、包裹追蹤 / Tracking

所有訂單均提供追蹤號碼，可於出貨後透過電子郵件獲得。

All orders come with a tracking number, which will be provided via email upon shipment.
