Please note: We offer drop-shipping service and authorize sales on eBay or Amazon only to qualified dealers and sellers.

General Policy

Dealer Pricing- The pricing of all products is set by Deeege-迪格, and the pricing may change at any time without further notice.

Shipping/Freight

Dealer pricing does not include shipping costs. Orders over $5000 are delivered free of charge within 48 states; otherwise, all dealers are responsible for the shipping costs of delivering Deeege-迪格 products to their desired destination.

All drop-shipped orders require an additional shipping fee, we usually ship via UPS, and larger orders can be delivered by trucking services.

The tracking number of the DropShipped order will be provided to you by email at the end of the day upon request.

Minimum Order Requirement

To obtain Deeege-迪格 dealer qualifications, the minimum initial order amount must be $5000 (excluding shipping costs). To maintain an active account status, dealers must purchase at least $20,000.00 worth of Deeege-迪格 products each year.

Payment Method

We accept credit cards, bank drafts, company checks, wire transfers, and Paypal transactions as payment methods. Additional related costs apply depending on the type of transaction.

To maintain the brand and quality, Deeege-迪格 has established a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy, and dealers must agree not to advertise any prices on any Deeege-迪格 product below our published MAP. This policy applies to websites, Amazon-eBay listings, newspaper or magazine print advertisements, mass-distributed flyers, broadcasts, or any other electronic or print advertising. Violations of this rule will result in an email or written notice to the dealer and an immediate suspension of the account for 14 days. We are committed to maintaining high standards of high-quality professional karaoke equipment at affordable prices, and we need the support of all dealers.

Warranty

All Deeege-迪格 products come with a 1-year warranty, and all other products come with a 1-year warranty from the original purchase receipt. The warranty covers factory defects and malfunctions caused by normal use during the warranty period. The warranty does not cover intentional or unintentional damage caused by misuse or negligence. If our service center receives equipment for warranty service that is determined to have damage outside the warranty, the customer will be responsible for the cost of repairing the damage outside the warranty.
