All new Deeege products purchased come with a limited warranty. Deeege offers a standard one-year warranty. Please see the table below for country-by-country warranty schedules.
Under warranty
If a defect occurs and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, Deeege will repair the hardware defect free of charge using new or refurbished replacement parts.

If you did not purchase the device directly from deeege.com, please provide proof of purchase, a brief description of the problem, and the model number to expedite the process.

We will, at our discretion, repair or replace items under the terms of the warranty. Replacement equipment will be fully tested and repackaged (like new equipment) to ensure the highest quality control and prevent the problem from recurring.
